INCEPTION
Clients submit their design ideas to our manufacturing team. Using CAD, we design the components working to ensure quality and efficiency of all elements of the design. We offer an array of materials for components.
PRODUCTION
Upon client approval, our production team creates components in our state-of-the-art facility. We take care to provide quality control at each step of the process by working with trusted suppliers.
COMPLETION
Our stringent final inspection procedures ensure that our clients receive high-quality goods that meet or exceed their engineering requirements. We offer a detailed report of the process for clients to keep on file for inspection purposes.

Our sheet metal department and sheet metal mechanics allow IPI to fabricate in many alloys. Personnel are cross trained in assembly and product standards. Our sheet metal capabilities allow us to employ press brake bending, die forming, and 5-axis waterjet cutting.

We are also DDTC registered. Our adoption and integration of procedures, state-of-the-art equipment, and experienced personnel allows IPI to meet any customer’s requirements.
Our inspection capabilities allow us to inspect customer supplied models, perform hardness testing, and generate full dimensional reports for our partners. We rely on CAD-driven CCM, Keyence Vision and Keyence Tactile for reliable quality inspection.
Honing
Increases Efficiency and Maintains Alignment
Despite the difficulties, eliminating burrs from the manufacturing process is essential for producing the high-quality, precise parts needed for aerospace. Cross-drilled holes serve as conduits for fluids, lubricants, and gases in a variety of applications. Burrs can obstruct these vital passageways or stir up the flow if they are not removed. Burrs can also impact dimensional tolerances, cause part misalignments, and reduce the overall effectiveness of machined components. In conjunction with our CNC Machining capabilities our Honing Department allows us to deliver high tolerances products, and products requiring special surface roughness requirements. IPI hones steel, cast iron, alloy, copper, brass, aluminum, stainless, titanium, and some plastics.
Hydroforming
Create Contours and Complex Shapes
Our in-house hydroform and ability to interpret lofted data allows IPI to fabricate lofted parts. Our Hydroforming experience allows us to form lofted webs, ribs, and stiffeners. We can also develop hydroform tooling and fabricate contoured support assemblies.
IPI has technology to develop 3D loft from 2D prints.

Digitally Prototyping Aerospace Products
For the aerospace sector to successfully develop cutting-edge airplane designs and functionality, CAD is essential. Designers are developing 2D and 3D models for new aircraft projects and correctly applying the aerospace development strategies.
Infinity Precision Inc. uses CAD for preliminary planning, idea sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, performance evaluation, and safety evaluation. Additionally, CAD software supports designing, modeling, and drafting in a number of industries, including manufacturing, aviation, heavy industry, and locomotives.

Hydraulic presses with capacity of 10,000 tons or more are needed for aerospace heavy-duty metal shaping in order to bend, form, bond, or straighten aluminum, titanium, and exotic alloys into fuselages, spars, and airframes.
